Lauren has dedicated three years to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), achieving her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within the first year. Shortly after, her strong performance led to a promotion to Trainer, and she now serves as a Floor Supervisor. In this leadership role, she supports staff development, oversees program implementation, and ensures high-quality care for clients.
Throughout her journey, Lauren has honed her skills in implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. With a solid foundation in ABA principles and hands-on experience across diverse settings, she is adept at fostering meaningful behavior change and promoting skill acquisition.
